About Us

As the name suggests, we specialize in providing a full spectrum of year round grounds maintenance services for commercial and residential properties. We bring research based lawn, garden, and landscape maintenance expertise to assist our customers in developing beautiful landscapes.  We are headquartered in Rogers, MN and service customers in the North West Metro of the Twin cities, including the cities of Maple Grove, Rogers, Otsego, Monticello, St. Michael and Albertville, as well as Buffalo, Maple Lake, Annandale, Big Lake, and Elk River.

We employ multiple crews of grounds specialists tasked with meeting the specific needs of each customer. Every grounds maintenance job requires its own planning and operations strategies, and we utilize our crews to optimal effect based upon your property's needs. 

Spectrum is managed by Paula Thomson. She has many years of experience in the grounds maintenance business. When she founded Spectrum, her property manager’s background and uses this experience to the full benefit of Spectrum's customers. She prides herself on understanding her customer's expectations and responsibilities and strives to establish a service relationship that feels like an extension of you and your business.
